Inspect grayscale steps, shadow separation, color block differentiation, and text clarity on contrasting backgrounds.
Look closely at the darkest and brightest patches. You should be able to distinguish near-black from black and near-white from white.
Standard web browsers render RGB pixel patterns directly to your operating system pipeline.
